I am not experienced in buying homes (the condo Connie helped me by is my second home). First, Connie and Yong made sure to understand exactly what my needs and wants were (location, type of property, amenities, etc.). Second, they were excellent and finding properties that met my needs, and arranging visits for me with my limited schedule (I was living out of state, while trying to buy in Michigan). Third, Connie and Yong made excellent recommendations to help me get a great deal on my property. They handled negotiations with an unreasonable seller and inexperienced seller’s agent. Fourth, Connie and Yong understand all the steps needed to close, and managed to get us to a successful closing, despite sloppiness and errors from the bank handling the mortgage. Fifth, Connie and Yong had great advice on how to improve my condo to maximize resale value. This is truly an agent who makes her success by doing an outstanding job for her client. I felt as if Connie and Yong were long times friends, who were interested in getting me into the perfect home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
