Rhonda was extremely courteous and helpful. I liked that she knew a lot about real estate, what was possible as far as negotiations and how to assess the market. I especially liked that she opened my eyes beyond my initial search criteria for a home and pointed out when homes I was looking at didn’t match the core needs that I had communicated with her. She also went out of her way to help me get the final contracts signed and give me great tips and information about my new community once we found and signed on a property. That’s a personal touch that’s appeciated! I know for a fact that she had my success and happiness in mind at each turn.
