He is very knowledgeable in selling and purchasing homes. If you have any questions, he is always able to answer or will find out for you. Always responds quickly to all calls. He is very helpful, couldn't ask for a better realtor.

We had a great experience with Todd. He's familiar with the communities we were searching which enabled him to share a lot of history about the neighborhood and even houses that he's shown over the years as they ebbed and flowed into and out of the market. He was also conscious of common "pitfalls" and areas of the homes that could be suspicious and may need a closer look by a home inspector. He was fair, informative, responsive, and pleasant to work with. ... Read More

I have worked with Todd on several sales and he’s is my go to person. He helped me buy homes and sell homes. He helped my daughter find a home when everything she tried to buy went into a bidding war. She would not have found it without his help.

Very communicative and gets the job done right, does what he needs to do to make you satisfied. he’s helped me buy and sell multiple homes as well as my father the past few years, and many many more to come.

Todd was one of the most helpful real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge of the year it was amazing. I told him my criteria he show me homes that I wanted to see without wasting our time looking at homes that I have no value or interesting.
