First of all my wife and I started off with a bad experience with another realtor. When we found tammy it was the complete opposite. She is very perfessonal and knowledgeable. Whether its a rain storm or a snow storm she will be their. She is the nicest person you meet but when it comes down to the inspections and negotiating prices she will FIGHT FOR YOU AND GET YOU THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE!! Tammy was great to work with! She was very responsive and knows the local market well. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process, and we did not feel pressured by her to put in a quick offer on any of the houses we saw. I appreciated that she point out potential issues with any house we looked at so we had a realistic view of any renovations that might be needed. She was on vacation when we put in our offer but she still did what she needed to do to get our offer in and accepted.
