My partner and I were looking for our first home when we found Tammy. The market was tough for buyers during our search, and we had several offers fall through before finally closing on our home. Tammy adapted to the difficult market by making herself available to view listings the day they were posted which allowed us to place offers quickly. She also had substantial knowledge about renovation/repair costs and current design trends. This was really helpful when we were making decisions about whether or not to put offers on homes and when deciding how much we would be willing to spend. Tammy’s humor was much appreciated during the stressful times of buying a house. She was able to ensure that the buying process was largely a pleasurable one. First of all my wife and I started off with a bad experience with another realtor. When we found tammy it was the complete opposite. She is very perfessonal and knowledgeable. Whether its a rain storm or a snow storm she will be their. Tammy was great to work with! She was very responsive and knows the local market well. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process, and we did not feel pressured by her to put in a quick offer on any of the houses we saw. I appreciated that she point out potential issues with any house we looked at so we had a realistic view of any renovations that might be needed.
