Shannon Roberts

Made our first home buying experience simple and easy. She was very understanding and helpful with our situation.

Shannon helped me after a not so great experience with an agent. She quickly answered all of my questions throughout the process, negotiated for me and connected me to a lender that seriously helped me out. I would recommend Shannon to anyone who wants great service with punctual communication!

Shannon is professional, reliable and very dedicated to her profession. She will travel near and far to find your dream home. The plus side is she is also personable funny and relatable. I enjoyed working and spending time with her.

Shannon worked with us for over a year to help us find what she called "The Unicorn". We were not in a hurry & were pretty particular about our list of "must haves." After a couple of false starts (not her doing, but with unreasonable sellers with houses that required issues requiring immediate addressing & who also refused to repair or negotiate, we walked away.) Amazingly, she didn't drop us as clients, but she kept at it & actually found a much better option that was perfect for us! "The Unicorn" with all our boxes checked & even a couple of extras! We are very excited & know we would not have gotten this without all her tireless work and advocacy on our behalf. We are looking forward to working with her again when we are ready to sell our current cozy home, when we completely move out. ... Read More

My wife and I met Shannon after we called her on a Saturday nite about a property for sale. We were impressed she was willing to talk on a night most others don’t work. The first property we worked on with her wasn’t for us, so we passed. Shannon understood, very professional, and kept in touch. As soon as we found a more suitable property she helped us every step of the way, even negotiating the sale price down due to an issue with the home after we already had an accepted offer. Shannon went above and beyond for a small rental property, so we won’t hesitate to work with her on future projects. I strongly recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor. ... Read More

Shannon was awesome in finding the most perfect home for us. We moved from Illinois to Michigan. We had a deadline as our home sold and we needed to find a home within a month. Shannon had several houses lined up that met our wants and needs and my husband in to see the homes and do video walk throughs for me to see. We got into several bidding wars which just meant the homes weren’t for us. With a week left we found our home. Shannon worked so hard to get us in the home, she persuaded the sellers to cancel their open house. And it was ours! I was never so happy to get a call at 10 pm in my life. Yep, that was Shannon she wasn’t giving up on us. We are in our Happily Ever After. The most beautiful home in the most beautiful location. We are about ready to get her help again in purchasing the property behind us. ... Read More

I could not recommend Shannon more - especially to first time homebuyers. The process is intimidating, especially given today's market trends. However, Shannon was able to answer every question I had, and almost always had a subject matter expert to tap into when we came across anything that left us our heads. She helped simplify and breakdown the process, which made the experience a lot less stressful, and allowed me to focus on what was important to me in my search. Shannon went above and beyond in more ways than this text box will allow me type - so I'll end by saying, if you want a seamless and enjoyable experience from someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about all things housing - Shannon will not let you down! ...
