Shannon was awesome in finding the most perfect home for us. We moved from Illinois to Michigan. We had a deadline as our home sold and we needed to find a home within a month. Shannon had several houses lined up that met our wants and needs and my husband in to see the homes and do video walk throughs for me to see. We got into several bidding wars which just meant the homes weren’t for us. With a week left we found our home. Shannon worked with us for over a year to help us find what she called "The Unicorn". We were not in a hurry & were pretty particular about our list of "must haves." After a couple of false starts (not her doing, but with unreasonable sellers with houses that required issues requiring immediate addressing & who also refused to repair or negotiate, we walked away.)
