Rob was excellent! Our buying process was not very smooth with the mortgage lender and even title companies, but Rob was hands down the best part of our process. He always checked in to see if we had questions and didn’t wait for us to reach out. He negotiated for on our appraisal because the selling agent was not doing so. Rob was awesome. Not only is he very kind, he was extremely helpful and made my house buying experience feel so easy and stress free. He was very informative and answered all my questions; if he didn’t know he would find out. Any time he found out information he would me right away! Always honest as we walked around houses.
