Miranda Morrow-Bartell is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker at National Realty Centers, her real estate experience comprise of Land Development, Residential, and Commercial Properties. Owner of Phase Four Management LLC. a Management and Development Company, which manage and Develop Land, Residential and Commercial Properties. She has assisted with many of the development projects on the Avenue of Fashion located in the city of Detroit, from 2013 to Present.
She is currently the President of The Greater Detroit Realist Association (GDRA) term 2019 – 2020, a Local Chapter of The National Association Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and has been a member of GDRA/NAREB since 2009, and held the position of local Membership Chair for 4 years, helping to build the local organization membership. She is also the former Health and Wellness Chairperson for NAREB National Conferences, current Member of Women’s “Council” of Greater Detroit, and West McNichols Business Association, which encourage residential and economic development and vitality. Detroit Land Bank Board Member. Miranda has an Associate Degree in Communication, and utilizes her communication skills with everyday people in the community that she serves.
She has worked in the Automotive Industry at Ford Motor Co. for 11 years, before her Real Estate Career began in 2005. While working at Ford Motor Co., she began investing into real estate, obtained her real estate license, and continued her education with The Rich Dad Poor Dad Investment courses, to become a knowledgeable investor and Realtor to assist her client investors to the best of her ability, with the knowledge of an investor. She soon retired from Ford Motor Co., to pursue her passion for Real Estate full-time, and to assist others in accomplishing their dreams, of “Home Ownership” and investing, while making a difference in the community she live and serve, which led her to become a full time Realtist with GDRA. She is Certified as a Distressed Property Expert, and continues to educate herself in the field of Land Development, Opportunity Zones, Tax Credits, Property Management, and is currently enrolled in pursuing her Builder’s License.
