With over 22 years of experience in real estate, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction, from locating a primary residence to multi-family and vacation rental properties. I was born and raised in Michigan. I grew up in Novi, graduated from Western Michigan University and have lived in southeast Oakland county ever since. I have an in-depth understanding of the Tri-County area, including Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne counties, as well as northern Michigan where my wife and I own property at Schuss Mountain in Bellaire.
I specialize in helping clients navigate competitive markets by offering strategic guidance. I educate buyers on important factors such as future taxes, mortgage payments, and potential
repairs. I also provide valuable insights on property investments, from Airbnb properties to multi-family homes. Sellers benefit from my comprehensive walk-through process, identifying key repairs and modifications that maximize property value.
In the past 10 years I have renovated and flipped several properties. With this experience I have learned about construction, structural integrity of a home, and design ideas which is very helpful to make sure buyers identify the right property for them and for sellers to prepare their homes in a way to reach a maximum profit.
Having weathered both the 2008 real estate crash and the recent market boom, I am well-equipped to guide clients through market fluctuations. I work closely with a trusted network of contractors, tradesmen, inspectors, title insurance companies, lenders and other professionals to ensure clients have the right information at every stage of the process, from lender approval to closing.
Throughout my career, over 90 percent of my business has come from referrals and past clients. I’m dedicated to providing personalized service with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and delivering results. Integrity and honesty are very important to me otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night!
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about spending time with my family. I have been happily married for over 25 years and have two son’s that both graduated from Berkley High School who then went on to attend Wayne State University and Western Michigan. I also love to golf, travel, music, going to concerts, being outside and watching sports—especially the Detroit Lions, Red Wings, and Tigers. I also assisted in coaching my son’s youth hockey and baseball teams for several years.
