Michael was a tremendous help right from the beginning on selling our house. He provided a comprehensive market analysis of the area, we didn't even realize how much we underestimated the market value of our house. He coached us how to prep the house, which aspects to pay more attention, when was the right time to list it. We had two competing offers after only 4 days in the market. Eventually sold the house over asking price mostly because of Michel's coaching and advice. He would always answer our calls right away, spend time to answer in details all the questions we had and eventually drive the closure in timely and most advantageous way for us. We had three other real estate transactions in the past and by far Michael has been the best agent so far we had to deal with. Highly recommended!!! ... Read More
