Having sold thousands of homes, I have been ranked as a top producer for the last five years and specialize in relocation and luxury properties. I am happily married with two beautiful children, Isabella & Nico. I also have 2 four legged babies, Roxie and Cooper. I’m an avid golfer and belong to Prestwick Village Golf Club. I found Kirsten via an online realtor referral website that showed her to be a top seller in my area. I've worked with a few realtors in the past and was disappointed by all, even though they were billed as "specialists" in my area. Kirsten, however, is the real deal. was willing to work with me many months prior to actually listing our home to help me determine what updates/maintenance to invest in prior to listing to get a good price in a short amount of time. My home is older than those in my neighborhood and tough to get comps for. None of that got in the way - Kirsten recommended listing early in the season because inventory was low. She was right - we sold in two weeks and just below asking price. She talked me out of spending more than I needed on updates and made solid suggestions on those we should make and how to stage the house.
