I found Kirsten via an online realtor referral website that showed her to be a top seller in my area. I've worked with a few realtors in the past and was disappointed by all, even though they were billed as "specialists" in my area. Kirsten, however, is the real deal. was willing to work with me many months prior to actually listing our home to help me determine what updates/maintenance to invest in prior to listing to get a good price in a short amount of time. My home is older than those in my neighborhood and tough to get comps for. None of that got in the way - Kirsten recommended listing early in the season because inventory was low.
