Before I met Kelly Moore, I thought the job of a real estate agent was just a lot of complicated paperwork. After working with her on the sale of our home, I can tell you it’s much more than that. During the entire process from start to finish, we felt like we were her top priority every day and we learned very quickly to follow her advice and trust her instincts. Kelly knows what it takes to get top dollar for your home and will not accept anything less. With a keen eye for detail, she gave us an honest evaluation of our home and provided suggestions for minor cosmetic improvements that would make our home pristine and primed to sell. She provided names of affordable contractors who responded quickly to my calls and got the work done. We ran into some unexpected challenges shortly after our house went on the market, but Kelly knew what to do and reassured us that this was just a temporary hurdle. Again, we trusted her advice with no regrets. Several times throughout the process, I thought to myself “no other agent would do that for us.” And it’s true.
