As a licensed Realtor, as well as an Attorney, and as someone who has personally renovated over a dozen homes in Oakland County, I can help you navigate every step in buying or selling a home. I commit to walk with you carefully through all agreements before you sign, and also through the process of preparing your home for sale, or being aware of what to look for when buying a home.

I provide free professional photography on all of my listings and make sure to recommend an expert Inspector when my clients are purchasing a home. My Inspectors are also licensed builders and provide detailed reports so you can be confident in knowing that what you are buying is safe and structurally sound.

I was a professional salesperson in the medical surgical industry and have decades of negotiating and sales experience which I also bring to this process.  Although I do not act as an attorney during the process, my education allows me to walk you through the contract with an understanding that non-attorneys might otherwise miss. I work for you, whether you are the Buyer or the Seller, and I represent only YOUR best interests.
