I graduated with a technical degree in electronics and started my career as the regional service manager for Transcopy in Detroit. I stayed employed with them until they went out of business several years later. I then went into retail management, an industry that I stayed in for some time. During that time I developed new product lines, a regional sales team, and new sales processes which included one of the first point of sales systems in Michigan. Those efforts increased sales volume by over two hundred percent. My overall experience includes general management, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, sales, marketing, employee relations, product development, security, and merchandising.

During those years in management I have focused on delivering great sales, and customer service while constantly refining processes while reducing costs. While employed by the Meijer organization the area I was responsible was behind in all respects. I turned it around in less than six months. I hired and trained the staff I needed to complete my goals. As a result, I was awarded with employee of the month twice. My experience in sales, organization and customer service was the primary reason for my success as a Realtor. I was in the top six percent in sales nationally. I also received the national customer satisfaction awards for four consecutive years.
