Carolyn Coakley

Born in Baltimore and raised in Dallas, Carolyn returned to the east coast and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in History from Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA and then earned master’s degrees from the University of Virginia and Harvard University. In North Carolina, Carolyn was a successful entrepreneur, a certified criminal misdemeanor mediator, a regional title insurance marketing manager and a senior vice president for a bank owned title insurance agency.
After relocating to the Detroit area, Carolyn became a Realtor in February of 2012 and earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in February of 2021. As an SRES, Carolyn is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate the often confusing and stressful path to relocation. She also enjoys working with first time home buyers. Both seniors and first time buyers need lots of patience, creativity and a healthy dose of optimism!
