Oh man where to start with Beth Little. I started working with Beth Little in 2017 when I was a first time home buyer. I was 21, had a small budget and had zero idea about what the house buying process was like. Initially, she was polite, but as questions arose during the purchase process, she often became impatient and condescending. I felt as though she assumed I should already know the answers to questions, which the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
During the sale, I did most of the legwork myself, ensuring my home was prepared for a smooth transaction. Yet, throughout the buying process, Beth was short with me during numerous exchanges, which added unnecessary stress.
At key exchange, I was disappointed by her attitude. She took the previous owners’ side regarding issues I raised and dismissed my concerns about items left behind. I spent over $800 on dumpster rental and removal services for the considerable belongings left by the previous owners in the house, garage, and attic.
Adding to the frustration, she raised her voice at key exchange, insisting I sign the final document, saying, “What do you want me to do? You’re lucky to be here; so many people wanted this house. I could not have picked a better realtor. I asked for recommendations for a realtor on a local facebook group and she reached out to me by facebook message and even mailed me a quick financial packet about our house. This was before I had even met her! She continued work diligently with my husband and I throughout the selling process. She helped me pick out the color to repaint the inside of the house, the best flooring company to use to refinish our hardwood floors, the best company to buy mulch from and the crew to help spread the mulch. She walked us through the process without breaking a sweat. Even when we had a surprise issue with the house ( carpenter ant damage of garage header), she planned the open house around it. She even helped us deal with the showings/open house while dealing with difficult neighbors. By the end of the process, we had both moved out of state and she kept us in the loop and checked over the house.
Before you think, she is doing what any other realtor would do, just wait! Out of her sellers fee, she covered the cost for staging and professional photography. Not all realtors do that. She made the house look gorgeous by the time it was market ready and I didn't want to leave.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience selling our home with Beth. I really wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the Northville area – and after doing some research I came across Beth and her website. My first impression was positive just based on my being to schedule a meeting with her directly on her website. She texted to confirm the time and day and called at the same day and time I selected. I could instantly tell that Beth KNOWS her stuff. We went through some initial information and then scheduled a time to meet in person and have her come look at the house. She walked the house with us and offered tons of suggestions on what we needed to do to make the house look the best to get the best offer for it. I could honestly go on for pages about how great our experience was, but I’ll do my best to stick to the important parts. Beth is professional, organized, articulate, intelligent, resourceful, dependable, committed and extremely personable. When she says she is going to do something; she does it. No excuses, no missed deadlines, no missed calls.
We implemented all of Beth’s suggestions to get the house looking it’s best and when it came time to list the photos were incredible (I never realized the difference professional photos make). The house was listed on a Friday, and we had 19 offers by Monday. Moving and the process of buying and/or selling a house is incredibly stressful – but Beth does everything in her power to make sure it’s as positive of an experience as possible for her clients. I cannot speak highly enough about the job Beth did in selling our home. From day one she not only eased our fears about getting the house sold in time for us to be able to move into our new build, but also gave a very accurate estimate of the of money we could expect to profit. She brought in an organizer to help us get our house ready for photos and viewings and also pre-marketed our home on her website and others. By the time our listing went live we had over 50 appointments to see our home. By the end of that weekend we had 11 offers, ALL above our asking price.
Beth then walked us through the pros and cons of each offer to help us select the best one. In the end we chose a buyer who was offering $11,000 over asking and Beth managed to negotiate an extra $4000 to match the top offer!
