I could not have picked a better realtor. I asked for recommendations for a realtor on a local facebook group and she reached out to me by facebook message and even mailed me a quick financial packet about our house. This was before I had even met her! She continued work diligently with my husband and I throughout the selling process. She helped me pick out the color to repaint the inside of the house, the best flooring company to use to refinish our hardwood floors, the best company to buy mulch from and the crew to help spread the mulch. Beth has always been ready to help us: back in 2017, when we were toying with the idea of selling, to 2022, when we called her up and she didn't hesitate to stop by and discuss our options.
Initially, we had concerns, thinking we wouldn't have the money to put as as we thought we'd have to put into our old home to sell it and still make a profit. After we walked around, she immediately put our concerns to rest - she explained what we could put into our old home (around 9K) and what we would get out of it in return (around 35K). I'm sure others experiences will differ but we were certainly excited to hear that and went to work immediately. Beth knew her stuff, consistently communicated with us (along with Jenn), and was very transparent throughout the whole process. With only a few minor hiccups that Beth helped manage, we closed towards the end of April.

This was my first time working with Beth. She was highly recommended as she is one of the top agents in the area where I was selling my home. I contacted Beth and she followed up with me within hours. Not only that, she came out to see my house about a day of the initial call. She walked through my home and very clearly and specifically explained what renovations were needed & why. I worked with Beth Little to both sell my home and purchase a new one in Plymouth. Initially, she was polite, but as questions arose during the purchase process, she often became impatient and condescending. I felt as though she assumed I should already know the answers to questions, which the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
During the sale, I did most of the legwork myself, ensuring my home was prepared for a smooth transaction. Yet, throughout the buying process, Beth was short with me during numerous exchanges, which added unnecessary stress.
At key exchange, I was disappointed by her attitude. She took the previous owners’ side regarding issues I raised and dismissed my concerns about items left behind. I spent over $800 on dumpster rental and removal services for the considerable belongings left by the previous owners in the house, garage, and attic.
Adding to the frustration, she raised her voice at key exchange, insisting I sign the final document, saying, “What do you want me to do? You’re lucky to be here; so many people wanted this house. I’m tired, it’s been a long day. I want to get home and have dinner.” This unprofessionalism and lack of proper oversight made an already difficult process even more challenging.

She stepped into a very difficult situation as we were trying to sell as the market was tanking after the crazy COVID market, we had already moved out of state, our previous buyer had fallen through, etc. She came in with lots of great ideas of inexpensive to update or change things in the home to help it show better. And because we were already out of state, she pulled from her network of trusted professionals to come in and make these changes.
