Initially, she was polite, but as questions arose during the purchase process, she often became impatient and condescending. I felt as though she assumed I should already know the answers to questions, which the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.
During the sale, I did most of the legwork myself, ensuring my home was prepared for a smooth transaction. Yet, throughout the buying process, Beth was short with me during numerous exchanges, which added unnecessary stress.
At key exchange, I was disappointed by her attitude. She took the previous owners’ side regarding issues I raised and dismissed my concerns about items left behind. I spent over $800 on dumpster rental and removal services for the considerable belongings left by the previous owners in the house, garage, and attic.

Oh man where to start with Beth Little. I started working with Beth Little in 2017 when I was a first time home buyer. I was 21, had a small budget and had zero idea about what the house buying process was like. Beth Little walked me through all the She would send a document and then immediately call me to tell me what I needed to sign, what the document was for and what I should expect to happen next. When I finally found my house, Beth was able to take ~$15k off the asking price!!! Three years later (2020), I enlist Beth Little to help me sell my house. Best decision ever. At the time, I had a 2 month old so it was really tough to coordinate moving and also taking care of a newborn. Beth did all the (metaphorical) heavy lifting for me. Beth has always been ready to help us: back in 2017, when we were toying with the idea of selling, to 2022, when we called her up and she didn't hesitate to stop by and discuss our options.
Initially, we had concerns, thinking we wouldn't have the money to put as as we thought we'd have to put into our old home to sell it and still make a profit. After we walked around, she immediately put our concerns to rest - she explained what we could put into our old home (around 9K) and what we would get out of it in return (around 35K).
