Initially, she was polite, but as questions arose during the purchase process, she often became impatient and condescending. Beth has always been ready to help us: back in 2017, when we were toying with the idea of selling, to 2022, when we called her up and she didn't hesitate to stop by and discuss our options.
Initially, we had concerns, thinking we wouldn't have the money to put as as we thought we'd have to put into our old home to sell it and still make a profit. After we walked around, she immediately put our concerns to rest - she explained what we could put into our old home (around 9K) and what we would get out of it in return (around 35K). I'm sure others experiences will differ but we were certainly excited to hear that and went to work immediately. Beth knew her stuff, consistently communicated with us (along with Jenn), and was very transparent throughout the whole process. With only a few minor hiccups that Beth helped manage, we closed towards the end of April.

But in my defense, we have been moving to our new home from out state. From day one she not only eased our fears about getting the house sold in time for us to be able to move into our new build, but also gave a very accurate estimate of the of money we could expect to profit. By the time our listing went live we had over 50 appointments to see our home. By the end of that weekend we had 11 offers, ALL above our asking price.

I asked for recommendations for a realtor on a local facebook group and she reached out to me by facebook message and even mailed me a quick financial packet about our house. This was before I had even met her! She continued work diligently with my husband and I throughout the selling process. She helped me pick out the color to repaint the inside of the house, the best flooring company to use to refinish our hardwood floors, the best company to buy mulch from and the crew to help spread the mulch. I really wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the Northville area – and after doing some research I came across Beth and her website. My first impression was positive just based on my being to schedule a meeting with her directly on her website. She texted to confirm the time and day and called at the same day and time I selected. I could instantly tell that Beth KNOWS her stuff. We went through some initial information and then scheduled a time to meet in person and have her come look at the house. She walked the house with us and offered tons of suggestions on what we needed to do to make the house look the best to get the best offer for it. I could honestly go on for pages about how great our experience was, but I’ll do my best to stick to the important parts. Beth is professional, organized, articulate, intelligent, resourceful, dependable, committed and extremely personable. When she says she is going to do something; she does it. We implemented all of Beth’s suggestions to get the house looking it’s best and when it came time to list the photos were incredible (I never realized the difference professional photos make). The house was listed on a Friday, and we had 19 offers by Monday.
