I had known Audrey for about six months. I have always liked how she handles herself. I talked to her about selling a property. She checked out the area and said it would sell in 4-5 days. Well she was wrong. It sold in 24 hours. Plus we received more what it was listed at. The important things were how Audrey explained everything that made lots of sense. She was not pushy. She suggested ways to sell the condo, plus she had someone come by and take lots of pictures. They really helped because we had a good amount of people checking the condo out. We were so pleased with the entire experience working with Audrey. From when she first walked the house and gave us recommendations on what to upgrade and do, to present the house and what the projected costs vs return would be as well as projected profits. Audrey really knows what is doing and the fact that our place sold in two weeks for even a little more than what we expected proves that.
