My husband and I really enjoyed working with Audrey. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about being so uninformed on the process. Audrey was with us every step of the way, explaining everything to us to make sure we were making educated decisions during the process. She pointed things  during showings we never would have noticed, both good and bad. We were so pleased with the entire experience working with Audrey. From when she first walked the house and gave us recommendations on what to upgrade and do, to present the house and what the projected costs vs return would be as well as projected profits. Audrey really knows what is doing and the fact that our place sold in two weeks for even a little more than what we expected proves that.
