Is there a monthly fee?

Yes, $35 per month.

Please note, we have NEVER raised our monthly fee. It has always been $35 per month going all the way back to when we originally opened our doors in 2007.

Plus, we offer a Life-Time Contract.  In other words, your fees will NEVER increase and we put it in writing.

“Broker agrees to honor Agents Commission Schedule and Monthly Participation Fee for as long as the Agent maintains a continuous relationship with Broker.”
