Is There a Compliance Fee?

Our compliance fee is optional.  You have the option to charge or not to charge a compliance fee. You simply give us your policy and we hold you accountable. Your policy could be to charge everyone, no one, maybe buyers but not sellers. It is completely up to you.

But what makes our program unique, is if you charge the fee, you keep 100% of the fee. On the flip side, if you decide not to charge a compliance fee, you will not be penalized. In fact, you can take credit for saving your clients hundreds of dollars.

Now think about this, our commission plan is only $495 per deal on your first 10 buyer and seller deals and then it drops to $95.  If your compliance policy is $495 then you will receive a true 100% commission on your first 10 deals and over 100% on every deal thereafter. Compliance Fee Policy
