No. Here are all the numbers.

MONTHLY FEE Is $35 per month. If you would like a list of everything included, please send us an email. [email protected]
ANNUAL FEE We collect $425 from your first closed transaction each anniversary year. This fee covers your Errors & Omissions Insurance.
BUYERS & SELLERS We collect $495 on the first 10 closed buyer and seller transaction each anniversary year. $4,950 total. Then it drops to $95 until your next anniversary date. Every year on your anniversary date you start with a clean slate whether you close 2 or 52 transactions.
COMPLIANCE FEE National Realty Centers does NOT collect a compliance fee. However, our associates are allowed to charge a fee. If you charge your clients a compliance fee, you will receive 100% of the fee. Please review our Compliance Fee Policy for all the details.
LANDLORD & TENANTS We collect $95 for every landlord or tenant you represent in a lease transaction.
DUAL AGENCY We collect a fee per party represented. For example, if you represent both sides of a sale we will collect $495 on the buyer’s side and $495 on the seller’s side. $990 total. If you have already closed 10 buyer and seller deals, we only collect $95 on each side. $190 total.
REFERRALS If you refer a client to an agent at another brokerage, we collect $95 from the referral commission. You can refer clients to any agent in the United States. Please note, we do not collect a fee when you refer a client to another National Realty Centers associate.
BPO’s We collect $10 on all Broker Price Opinions, BPO’s.
PRIMARY RESIDENCE We do NOT collect a fee if you buy, sell or lease your primary residence. ZERO
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES If you buy or sell an investment property, we will collect a fee as outlined above in Buyers & Sellers. If you lease a property you own, we collect $95.
HUSBAND & WIFE If you and your spouse are both licensed, you will sign the same Independent Contractors Agreement and our Husband & Wife Addendum. Please note, we collect $35 per month per license and a $425 yearly E & O fee per license. All other fees are the same as an individual agent.
TEAMS The Team Leader will be responsible for same fee schedule as an individual agent. Team Members will be responsible for the same fee schedule as an individual agent with one exception. Team Members will only pay $495 on the first 5 buyer and seller transactions, then it will drop to $95 per deal till their next anniversary date. Team Member Addendum
LIFE-TIME CONTRACT With our exclusive Life-Time Contract, your fees will NEVER increase and we put it in writing. Actually we have lowered our commission plan 5 times in the last 5 years.
