Compensation

All offers of compensation are made by the property owner (Seller), NOT National Realty Centers. Whether the Seller offers compensation is wholly within the Seller’s discretion and is not fixed, controlled, or recommended by law, the MLS or otherwise. Compensation can be commission to the brokerage firm producing the buyer while acting as a buyer’s agent, mortgage concessions to the buyer of the property or a combination of the two. Compensation is contingent upon the Seller accepting ALL terms of the offer to purchase in writing. If the transaction does not close for any reason, NO compensation will be paid.
