With more than 25 years of sales experience as an entrepreneur, Omar George strategically invested in his first commercial building in 2020 after the sale of his waste management business. His passion for real estate has since grown, having acquired several additional residential and commercial investment properties to add to his portfolio.

Now, as a licensed agent with National Realty Centers, Omar looks forward to sharing his passion for sales and real estate with other homeowners and investors. In 2009, Omar was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by Crain’s Detroit Business, and went on to own the largest waste brokerage firm in Michigan. Omar continues to work as a consultant in the waste management industry even after the sale of his firm, and has parlayed his sales and negotiation strengths to diligently assist his clients in real estate as well.

Omar serves as Treasurer for the Downtown Development Authority’s Board of Directors in Ferndale, MI. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy. Born in Great Britain, he immigrated with his family as a child to the U.S. in 1985, then graduated from Rochester Adams High School in 1995.
