Patty Spangenburgh

I’ve been associated with real estate for over 20 years. My husband is a local residential builder. Together we’ve built custom and spec homes in Brighton, Howell and Hartland. My passion for real estate began when we “broke ground” on our first one-acre parcel in Howell. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with the process from start to finish. Since becoming a realtor in 2018, I’ve focused on helping others find joy in both “home ownership”, as well as the “hunt”. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers, helping them find the process informative and fun, even when the market is challenging.

When I’m not selling real estate, I work with a partner in a small business providing affordable logo merchandise for local community programs, such as music and dance studios.

Like everyone else, I enjoy time with my family, including my husband of 32 years, two grown children and our pet Shorkie, Buddy. My most memorable vacations are not the ones to far-away destinations I visited while single, but the simple drives down to Florida when my kids were young. Those are the memories that will last forever.
